I improved the communication of our wedding service offerings and enhanced the brand's image on social media by producing three to five pieces of social content per week, recording the majority of footage and photos myself. During notable occasions such as Valentine's Day, I increased support and paid advertising to maximise engagement, generating increased footfall and online orders. Furthermore, I managed social inbox enquiries to ensure timely and effective communication with potential clients.
